The application is integrated with SAP SuccessFactors and uses artificial intelligence to scan and read documentation and input the information directly into the company’s records.
The automated nature of the application minimises the human labour involved with manual data entry which also minimises the potential for human error.
Furthermore, it prevents lapses in compliance by tracking and reminding workers when their documentation is approaching its expiry date.
All the information is handled online, improving the cyber security of personal information that could be exposed during transit or if unnecessarily stored in multiple locations.
Information is protected and can be restricted in a role-based hierarchy and is securely encrypted.
