Chris is a business-oriented technologist, SAP evangelist and a member of SAP’s coveted global mentor program, who founded DalRae Solutions in 2015. Having spent over 20 years in the SAP industry, he is passionate about driving business change through technology, and sees the introduction of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) as a game changer in enabling customers to achieve this. Chris has a proven track record in planning, developing and implementing complex solutions for our customers, and is a regular speaker at SAP related conferences globally.

Jodi has been an integral part of the DalRae Team since it was founded in 2015, fulfilling multiple roles within the organisation during his tenure. With a background in SAP Systems Analysis and Solution Architecture, Jodi has worked within the industry since 2007, and his broad knowledge base is of benefit to both our customers and internal staff alike. His current role is overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business, with significant input into the sales, marketing and finance functions.

Martin has over 20 years’ experience working within the IT industry, bringing a diverse background in Business Development, Service Delivery and Project Management to our organisation. Having worked for several global IT consultancies during his career, Martin is an expert in guiding organisations to apply methodologies tailored to successful business outcomes. His broad skillset is instrumental in identifying new opportunities for DalRae, and working with our customers to realise their business goals through technology

Jorg is an experienced SAP practitioner, having worked within the field since 2008. With a strong development background, Jorg is passionate about software and is instrumental in designing BTP applications for DalRae’s customers. He is also adept at implementing automated solutions to improve the efficiency of SAP systems. Jorg is also a regular contributor to the SAP development community globally.

Tim is a technologist with a business mindset and a proven track record leading teams to deliver outstanding technical solutions for our customers. With a background in the retail sector, he has been working with SAP systems since 2009, most recently delivering solutions within the Government and Resources industries. Tim’s ability to develop relationships with stakeholders, along with his interest in utilising emerging technologies to solve business problems, make him a key component in DalRae delivering successful outcomes.

Connor brings nearly a decade of experience in the SAP Ecosystem to the DalRae team, with extensive expertise in SAP’s Business Technology Platform. Connor has driven SAP transformation initiatives at various clients in the RI, Retail, Tech and Manufacturing sectors, and has gained a deep understanding of delivering business value using SAP Technology and leveraging SAP innovations to support business processes and drive digital transformation. Connor is highly skilled in managing the most complex SAP projects and has a track record of working closely with customers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Connor is also a strong communicator and can effectively translate technical concepts for a non-technical audience.

As a Partner at DalRae Solutions Jack is passionate about helping to educate and drive customers to get the most out of their SAP investment by harnessing the power of the Business Technology Platform (BTP). Through a human-centric design approach, BTP allows for innovative custom solutions, that have quick time to value outcomes, while keeping the core clean. This edge to core approach helps customers grow their Competitive Advantage and add value, without technology getting in the way.

With 15 years of SAP experience, Des is well-versed in SAP and more recently in the SAP Business Technology Platform. As Managing Director, Des is responsible for DalRae Solutions being the best it can be for its valuable customers.

He has been solving business problems with technology, creatively, and in teams that have fun while they’re doing it for more than 25 years.  He has been fortunate to have done many roles for only a small number of recognisable organisations in the IT industry. Some of these have been technical, some advisory and some sales related. Des can see things from a variety of angles, and appreciate, or have empathy for, the positions of many.
