Challenge
NZ Government launched a Gun Buyback Scheme. It needed a flexible solution with access from anywhere, that enabled both NZ Police and Citizen search and notifications. Custody tracking of firearms and accessories, with all compliance documentation was essential. As this was a buyback scheme, all financial administration of the process was required. NZ Police expected peak volumes through the scheme.
